the relationship, except an agreement concerning benefits upon retirement; or (b) An agreement in which a restriction on the lawyer’s right to practice is part of the settlement of a client controversy.
5. By operation of Rule 3-4.6, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation of the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of Nevada and the Order Approving Conditional Guilty Plea Agreement of the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada shall be considered as conclusive proof of such misconduct in this disciplinary proceeding.
WHEREFORE, The Florida Bar prays respondent will be appropriately disciplined in accordance with the provisions of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar as amended.
